The Manor
Nestled on a 1,000-acre estate in County Sligo, this historic manor overlooks a serene lake and a 13th-century castle ruin. Enjoy saunas, lake dips, walks, stories, and chef-prepared dinners in a home rich with history and charm.
The Yoga
Join us for a week of yoga, meditation, journaling, and coaching inspired by Anam Cara—the Celtic idea of the soul friend. Each practice invites reflection, connection, and renewal, helping you realign body, heart, and spirit. You’ll return home grounded, inspired, and deeply transformed. All levels welcome.
