One on One Attention

New to yoga?  Recovering from an injury or surgery? Ready to deepen your practice?

Take this one-on-one opportunity to ask questions and explore postures in a safe and supportive environment.  During this 60 minute session, beginners can learn the names of the foundational yoga postures and breath while discovering how to adjust them to your own particular needs.  If you are recovering from a recent injury or surgery, continue your practice while identifying the needs of your healing body. Seasoned yogi? Deepen your practice into more advanced postures such as inversions, arm balances and backbends.

You can purchase a single session or save by purchasing a package.
