Take this one-on-one opportunity to ask questions and explore postures in a safe and supportive environment.  During this 60 minute session, beginners can learn the names of the foundational yoga postures and breath while discovering how to adjust them to your own particular needs.  If you are recovering from a recent injury or surgery, continue your practice while identify the needs of your healing body. Deepen your practice into more advanced postures such as inversions, arm balances and backbends.
