Gentle Yoga
My gentle yoga classes are designed to provide a serene and nurturing experience for practitioners of all levels. This class will include gentle movements, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation. We will focus on fostering flexibility, enhancing body awareness, and promoting a sense of inner calm.
