Class Schedule
My classes offer a supportive, accessible approach to yoga that goes beyond poses. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of rest, you’ll build strength, awareness, and resilience while reconnecting with your body and your life as it is right now. Each class is designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more at home in yourself. All bodies, all levels, and all seasons of life are welcome.
