This yoga series helps you reconnect with your body through mindful movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry. Each 90-minute class builds awareness from the ground up, focusing on presence, alignment, strength, and release.

Price: $25 per class or $150 for the entire series.

The Yamas - Practicing from the Inside Out

Explore the five Yamas—love, truth, generosity, balance, and gratitude—and learn how to bring them into daily life and your practice through meditation, journaling, and movement.

Gut Wisdom - Yoga for Digestion

Balance your digestive energy (Agni) with gentle movement and breath. Using twists, folds, and calming breathwork, you'll soothe overactive digestion and stimulate sluggish systems, leaving you refreshed and grounded.

Open to Acceptance

Cultivate self-love and peace through loving kindness meditation, intention setting, and grounding asana. The session concludes with restorative poses and a reading on the magic of acceptance to empower your journey.

Unbecoming - Releasing Tension

Release tension and calm your nervous system with breathwork, asana, and meditation. Learn to manage stress, balance your energy, and find inner peace.

Welcoming Fall

As fall ushers in change, it’s a time to ground, release, and make space for new growth. Through grounding practices and breathwork, we embrace the season’s invitation to let go of what no longer serves us and prepare for the fresh energy ahead.

Restore & Renew

Restore and relax with a deeply nurturing practice. Using supported poses and breathwork, you'll release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation, leaving you centered and refreshed.
